Coaching for Interpersonal Connection:

The Art & Science of  Relationship Coaching

with Linda Page, Ph.D., ACPC and Laura Atwood, PCC

Have you found yourself coaching people who wished that someone close to them – a colleague, spouse/partner, child, boss, or employee – behaved differently? How do you manage that tricky triangle, when your client wants to change someone who is not present in the conversation? Neuroscience shows that while your client is affected by relationships and their dynamics, the good news is that your client can influence them as well. And how do you coach people to greater awareness of their own impact in relationships when they don’t seem to notice negative reactions?

This three-day workshop teaches techniques, tools and guiding principles for supporting your clients to create mutually respectful, supportive and fulfilling relationships. Use of the skills and principles learned in this class will be equally effective in both personal and business relationship domains. Teleclasses designed to round out the learning provide a forum to increase understanding and receive feedback beyond the classroom.

Prerequisites:  Minimum of 30 hours of coach-specific training from an accredited coach training program.
